QuickBooks Point of Sale E-Commerce Shopping Cart Software

1. To export your items to your NetStores E-Commerce account from Quick Books Point of Sale. Start by clicking the “Setup” tab. (See Figure 1)

2. You have a few options for exporting your Items from QuickBooks Point of Sale to NetStores E-Commerce Store. (See Figure 2)
    
   • All Items - This will export the entire item list to the current setup NetStores E-Commerce Store.
      
   • By Department - This option will load up a list of departments from QuickBooks Point of Sale. Pick the department you wish to export off the list and just those items that are in the department will be exported to your NetStores E-Commerce Account. This type of export will update any existing Item in that department and add items that don't already exist in your NetStores E-Commerce Store.
      
   • By Vendor - This option will load up a list of vendors from QuickBooks Point of Sale. Pick the vendor you wish to export off the list and just those items that are from the vendor you selected will be exported to your NetStores E-Commerce Account. This type of export will update any existing Item from that vendor and add items that don't already exist in your NetStores E-Commerce Store.

3. After making your selection of the Export Type. Begin the export of your QuickBooks Point of Sale store items to your online e-commerce shopping cart by clicking “Export Item List to NetStores” .
    
4. Your Items will be processed and exported from QuickBooks Point of Sale to your NetStores E-Commerce Account by POS2Net for use on your NetStores shopping cart software. You can watch the progress in the Export Status window (See Figure 3).
    
5. A green “Export Finished successfully” message will appear in the status window when the export from QuickBooks Point of Sale to your NetStores e-commerce account is complete. And your items are now available on your NetStores e-commerce shopping cart software.
